Istria is the peninsula to the south east of Trieste; it was Venetian till the beginning of the nineteenth century, Austrian till the first world war and Italian until the second. The wines of the region reflect its proximity to the sea.

Made from a selection of Malavasia Istriana grown on white clay (70%) and black (30%). The colour is straw yellow with greenish reflections, its aromas are fresh and fruity with a hint of orange blossom. Light body with dry, well balanced taste.
