Vinification The vineyards are planted with 100% Roditis at an altitude between 450 and 600m above the sea. The fermentation is conducted in stainless steel tanks at low temperature with use of selected lees. No oak ageing to preserve the intensity and character of the varietal aromas.
Taste Profile This wine is made from Roditis, a pink skinned native of the north west Peloponnese, grown at altitudes of 450-650 metres by Mt. Foloi and is delicately vinified at the Mercouri winery. The nose is aromatic with citrus notes; it is fresh an pleasantly creamy in the mouth.
